Help Wanted!

Ok our Wisconsin friends!

We are just over 100 days to get on the BSP journey across your lovely State.

We are in need of help, we are looking for lodging the days of

Thursday May 12th in or near the town of Albertville, WI.

Friday May 13th in or near the town of Wilson, WI.

We are 4 nice runners traveling. – We welcome any help! Our best experiences last year was while staying with families – we made amazing friendships that are very strong to this date.

If you are willing to help us or know of anyone who would like to host these runners, please e/mail us at bsprun@gmail/com.

Also as part of the run across Wisconsin, our main goal, as we did last May across Minnesota, is to reach out to Schools, organizations where we can stop by while on our running route and talk to them.

If you know of any news organizations on our route, please let us know.

Press coverage it is good for the message that we are attempting to bring too many out there- it is one of the best ways to reach out to people.

If you help us promote our run by posting flyers, send us an e/mail and I will mail you flyers to post.

The bottom line here is that Cheryl, Josh, Tanya, Kevin, Steve, Sam, Jill and Karrie are working very hard to bring hope to anyone who is looking for that spark of hope to make the right choice.

Announcing our new partner, Sage Running!

We are very humbled and honored to announce our new partnership with Sage Running, featuring training advice from Break the Stigma ambassador Sage Canaday and Sandi Nypaver.

Be sure to check out the training plans. I used the beginner/intermediate plan to prepare myself for the Superior 50-mile last year and couldn’t be happier with the results. I am now using the advanced version of the same plan with the 100-mile preparation option to train for Zumbro 100. I might struggle to hit the lower end of the mileage, but at least there is a range! That’s what is so great about these plans. They are designed to be tweaked according to your own needs and abilities. I always feel more comfortable knowing that I don’t have to hit a specific number. It allows me to relax a little when training for a big race.

Sage and Sandi offer coaching services too, so head on over to SageRunning.com and check them out!
