New Partnership Announcement!

I am very delighted to announce our partnership with Running to Mental Health:

Right after I started the Break the Stigma Project I received a message from Dr. David Jones about wanting to interview me for his program, if you would like to listen to the interview, click on the link above and find Episode 4 on his page.

Running to Mental Health serves to open a conversation about the effect of running on mental health issues.

I am a huge fan of this show, and I now call David a good friend. I love his dedication to this show and to Mental Health.
